  • Footwear should be tried on indoors to ensure proper sizing and comfort. Worn or used shoes will not be accepted for return.
  • Clothing should not have been washed or worn. Any signs of wear (stains, odors, etc.) will result in the return being denied.
  • Proof of purchase is required, so please keep your order confirmation email or receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:
